This may be an unpopular opinion.
I *do* appreciate the multitude of timely communications I’ve been seeing from companies, as they reach out to their subscribers and customers about Covid-19.
There are countless executives and comms professionals around the world that are working hard on these communication pieces. I’ve been on the other side of this and know what it’s like. You’ll have marketing and comms leadership, agencies, copywriters, email marketers, customer support, operations, and legal involved. To all of you that are rising to the challenge, kudos, and thank you.
